- Boil water in a pot add whole masala and salt
- Now wash the rice and pour into the boiling water,as it half cooked drain the water and keep aside
- Heat oil and add the onion slices saute till golden brown
- Add Potatoes fry adding salt and turmeric powder
- Add ginger garlic paste saute
- Add the chicken pieces and fry adding chilli powder and cover
- As the chicken pieces get soft add tomato puree and mix well
- Now in another pot heat ghee and mix biryani masala,pour it into a bowl and keep aside
- Fry the egg with salt and turmeric powder and keep aside
- Now put a layer of rice Inthe pot and arrange the chicken pieces
- Sprinkle ghee mixture and milk
- Cover it with another layer of rice
- Arrange the remaining chicken pieces
- Cover it with rice and sprinkle ghee mixture and milk
- Place the eggs over it,cover well
- Keep it on low heat for 10 -15 minutes
- Serve it hot with raita
