  1. 1 whole chicken cut into 6 pieces/4 leg pieces
  2. 2 tbs ginger garlic paste
  3. 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  4. 2 tbs red chilli powder
  5. 1/2 cup yoghurt
  6. salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp whole spice powdee
  8. 4 tbs lemon juice
  9. 2 tbs tikka masala
  10. 1 pinch yellow color
  11. 3/4 cup oil
  12. to taste salt
  13. For Biryani
  14. 750 grams rice
  15. 1 tsp black cumin
  16. 2-3 cinnamon sticks
  17. 3-4 onions sliced
  18. 6 tomatoes sliced
  19. 4-5 green chillies sliced
  20. 2 tbs ginger garlic paste
  21. 6-7 dried plum
  22. 2 tsp cumin seeds
  23. 1/2 bunch mint leave
  24. 1/2 bunch coriander leaves
  25. 3-4 bay leaves
  26. 2-3 green cardamoms
  27. drops kewra water few
  28. 1 tba vinegar
  29. 1 tbs whole spice powder
  30. 1 tbs red chilli powder
  31. 4-5 cloves
  32. 1/2 tsp yellow food color
  33. 3-4 tbs milk
  34. 1 charcoal

Instructions to make to make Chicken Tikka BiryaniπŸ˜‹πŸ’›πŸ²

  1. For Making Tikka, Mark cut on chicken leg pieces with knife.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add yoghurt lemon juice,
  3. Tikka masala,and all ingredients mix it nicely
  4. Then put chicken leg pieces and marinate with all masalay nicely for 4 hours orovernight
  5. Then steam it for 15-20 minutes on steamer.
    After few minutes, turn leg pieces.
  6. Turn chicken pieces.
    and steam the other side for more 15 minutes.and heat oil in a wok and fry for 2 minutes until turns golden.
  7. Soak rice for approx 2 hours.
    Then in a pot, put water, whole black cumin,salt
  8. Add bay leaves,green cardamoms and white vinegar and boil it
  9. Now add rice and boil 1/3. Then drain its water. Rice is ready.
  10. For Making Korma:
    In a pot, heat oil and add onions fry them until golden brown then set aside
  11. In the same pot add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes,add black cardamoms
  12. Add cinnamon sticks cloves
  13. Add cumin seeds
  14. Then add tomato,whole green chilies,
  15. Add fried onions,plums all spice powder and red chili powder and mix it nicely.
  16. Add remaining marination mixture and fry it until becomes smooth paste.korma is ready
  17. Mix yellow color and kewra water in milk and set aside
  18. Heat harcoal on flame
  19. For Mixing:
    Put portion of korma oil in a pot. Then put half of rice.Now put green coriander, green chilies and some brown onion.
  20. Then put remaining rice and put green coriander, green chilies and some onion.
    Now keep chikem tikka pieces over it.
  21. Pour milk mixture on rice and place a small bowl in the middle put charcoal
  22. Pour some oil over it and cover it.place a heavy pestle to lock the steam.simmer it for 7-8 minutes on high flame then simmer on medium low.
  23. Take out in serving dish and serve with raita and salad.
