- Discard cinnamon stick and bay leaves.Mash the chicken with masher or coarsely gring.
- Add chopped coriander leaves,green chillies and chopped onion.Mix well and make kababs.
- In 1/4cup water add 2 tbsp corn flour.Mix well.
- Heat oil in a wok,dip one kabab in corn flour slurry and fry on medium heat till golden.Fry all.
- Serve hot with sauce/chutney.
